	The Key Management of OTS and its subsidiaries have over 100 years combined experience in all aspects of the telecommunications industry including but not limited to business management, business systems analysis, planning, development, implementation and training, sales, account and sales management, instituting and conducting all phases of project management, new product development, technology and services, administration and marketing.
	James T. O’Connor – President and Chief Executive Officer
		Mr. O’Connor has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 29 years. His experience began as a lineman for Continental Telephone Company in 1971. From there, Mr. O’Connor was employed by such companies as Henkels & McCoy, and Harris McBurney, holding positions from draftsman to national and international recruiting manager to Vice President of Operations. In 1980, Mr. O’Connor took his nine years of diversified experience and created O’Connor Telservices, Inc. for which he has been serving as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. O’Connor supervises a staff of, at times, 250 people. His major strength is his knowledge and insight of the industry from the perspective of a lineman and executive at the same time. Under Mr. O’Connor’s direct supervision, the Company has performed individual contracts ranging from $1,000 to $14,000,000 per term. The Company has the potential to obtain contracts ranging from $1,000 to $30,000,000 as the industry and the Company continues to grow.

	Frank Houston – Vice President, OTS of New Jersey, LLC
		Mr. Houston has been with O’Connor Telservices, Inc. since its inception in 1980. During his career he has performed in the capacity as a Communications Specialist, Project Manager, Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer for several of the telephone operating companies. He has played a key roll in the implementation and management of many of the company’s ventures making it possible for the company to reach the level and reputation that O’Connor Telservices realizes today. As Vice President of Operations, He is responsible for overseeing the northeast operations and development.
